Meditation with One Breath Studio
Thursday, July 19 from 6:30PM - 7:30PM right here in our Kinfolk studio!
Join us for a 1 hour gathering to learn the basics of mindfulness through meditation and discussion, led by Sheila from One Breath Studio. Sheila is a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and the Founder of One Breath Studio. She supports women in waking up to life. Using a holistic approach, she guides women in cultivating practices of mindfulness, self-inquiry & insight, deep compassionate body listening, and radical self care through intention & boundary setting.
Donation based. All proceeds will benefit The Florence Project, a non-profit providing free legal aid and social services to immigrant families in Arizona.
